Dear Sir,
IGNOU has stopped sending study material by post. You have to collect it from study centre. Its really painful and defeat the very purpose of IGNOU for outstation guys or guys who are in transferable job.
Could you please send me the study material for ANC 1 and ERD 1 (BDP/BA)on ajay70giri@yahoo.com.
