I am physically handicap candidate but my result has come in general cat with rank as 1161 in delhi region. pl tell me if the rank is on all india basis or region basis. what to do with the mistake of category. where can i write or talk. My rank is 85th in the entrance exam and still I have not got any confirmation for my admission. IGNOU people are claiming that there are too many people tied up with the number of marks that I have obtained in the entrance exam and they will chose a few.
