IGNOU Kolkata Regional Centre was established in 1998. IGNOU Regional Center is situated in Bikash Bhavan in Salt Lake City, that houses some important government offices. This RC has a computer lab where practical counsellings for the CIC, BCA, MCA, MLIS and PGDLAN programmes are held.
